Make a donation to honor someone special. Whether your donation is in memory of a loved one, a unique birthday or wedding gift, or any other important occasion, each donation will make a difference. This donation will come with two things: (1) a special note dedicated to that important person in your life as well as (2) one of our Spike's Copper Challenge coins, so you can think of the impact your loved one is making for the K9 community every time you/they see this coin.
Please indicate the "Honoree Name" as well as the "Person to Notify" (if different) along with what special event you want to commemorate in the "special instructions" section of checkout. *Please use the recipient's address as the shipping address. Only the Recipient (Person to notify) will receive card and coin.
